We are looking for a warm, experienced nanny to join our family and care for our sweet 2-year-old boy! We're hoping to find someone to start in July, with a few casual meet-and-greet visits beforehand so everyone can get comfortable.
📅 Schedule: 4–5 days/week, 9–3:30 + possible additional hours

We follow a gentle, conscious, emotion-coaching approach to parenting. In our home there is no yelling, no timeouts, and no physical discipline — ever. We co-regulate big feelings, give transition warnings, and always communicate before picking him up or redirecting him.
We welcome your experience and recommendations, and love open communication! We do ask that our parenting philosophy be followed consistently, with any exceptions discussed and agreed upon together.
😴 Nap & Rest Time
He naps about 50–75% of the time — and that's perfectly okay! We create a calm, cozy environment to support rest but never force it. Quiet time activities fill the gap on non-nap days.
📺 Day to Day
Limited educational screen time is welcome. Music, approved crafts, and engaging activities are always encouraged!
✅ Requirements
• Current CPR certified
• Experience with toddlers
• Comfortable with pets and home cameras
• Genuine gentle parenting alignment
💰 $20–$30/hr depending on experience

Hi my name is Peyton and my son, River, just turned 1 June 15th, 2024. We are a family that loves to travel and have fun. My husband, Chris, owns his own business so his hours can fluctuate so there is opportunity to work more hours if needed. I also will be working from home primarily.
Our son River is a boy through and through he wants to run around everywhere, tries to put everything in his mouth, loves to play outside, constantly wants more food! He will certainly keep you on your toes in the best way.
As far as responsibilities go, he has a pretty standard routine right now. When you come over he will have already had his breakfast (or will be eating it if it was a late start) so he will be ready to play and read books. He usually will go down for a nap around 11:30-12 then will be ready for lunch, which we will have ready for you to easily heat up for him. Then more play time and activities until he’s ready for his second nap around 3ish. His naps can vary from 30min-2hrs we are fine with either as long as there is at least 2 attempts done. Other than that he’s not a fussy baby and very easy to entertain!
