Babysitter Job: The Kennedy Family with 2 Children
Looking for someone to watch two children twice a week for 3-4 hours each day in my daughter's home, preferably. Both of her girls are under 13 months old.

Hello! I have two little girls ages 4 and 6 that I am looking for part-time childcare for. They are the absolute most perfect little girls you could ever meet, which is what I’m sure every parent on here would say. Of course, they are little girls, they have loads of attitude and way too much drama for their age. Sometimes they might leave you speechless, but their laughs and smiles will melt all those frustrations right out of your mind.
What I’m looking for is a genuine, fun, and responsible individual to come over in the mornings, get these little princesses dressed, prepped, and ready to take on their days with confidence! Get them to school, take a little break, and then pick them up after school. Once picked up, take them out to the park, for a walk, or maybe an ice cream treat once in a while! Then home to do homework, decompress, maybe a craft or two if they’re feeling artsy! (Which does happen a lot!) until I get home. The total hours would be approximately 3-3.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. I would also need periodic help in the evenings later than normal but that would be requested in advance and not a regular scheduled requirement.
Full disclosure, I have never hired someone for a position like this so I am open to negotiation, and suggestions for how the arrangement should work. I want this to be a mutually beneficial relationship that accomplishes the help I need and creates a work environment for you that you love!

Hello! I am looking to possibly hire someone to watch my 3 year old daughter at our house when I go back to school. Specifically, I am wanting someone to do her school with her and encourage her learning with hands on activities while I am away. It will be 7am-6pm five days a week (with exceptions as there will be days I will be home early to relieve you). If you are interested please let me know so we can discuss pricing and details. My hope is to find someone who just truly loves kids and is passionate about helping them grow and encouraging them to be active. My daughter is usually first noticed for her good behavior and then for her curiosity and love of learning. She is above her age level in school and is working on writing letters and learning sight words. She does a lot of tracing right now and has been really enjoying learning to write. Expect to be asked “why?” about almost everything right now. Her curiosity is never fully satisfied until she learns all about whatever the subject is. I encourage her asking lots of questions so patience is a necessity for her right now. Also, as a side note, we are not a big technology family. Occasional TV time is allowed for songs or learning (mostly when she’s dancing or watching an episode of bill nye to learn), but we do not have any iPads, phone games, etc. for her and prefer the same from her sitter during most of the time spent with her. We have no pets although my daughter is a huge animal lover.

We are a very active family. Mommy and daddy work opposite schedules, so we require someone that can start work at 5am. Our daughter is very sweet and active. She has been doing various activities with our nanny recently, from music class and story time, to spending time at the park or the zoo. She is very interactive and loves to learn. She does not watch tv but is perfectly content playing with toys, puzzles, arts and crafts. We are looking for someone that is highly trustworthy and that will enjoy spending time with our little girl.
