We are a warm and welcoming family seeking a caring and experienced sitter or nanny to assist primarily with our 11-month-old daughter and provide some support for our two older children, ages 5 and 8 only on special occasion. • Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role, with a focus on infant care and experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create a structured and stimulating environment that supports our son’s developmental needs.
