Part-Time Nanny Job: The Zech Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a caring, dependable nanny/caregiver for our 2-year-old daughter, Isabelle. Isabelle has Rett syndrome and is a very sweet and happy child. She currently does not walk or talk independently and needs assistance with feeding and daily care.
We are looking for someone available 3–5 days per week, with shifts typically ranging from 4–8 hours depending on availability and scheduling needs. We are very flexible on days and times and are happy to work around the right person’s schedule. We would also occasionally like help for date nights or evening coverage.
Experience with special needs children is appreciated but not required for the right person. More important to us is finding someone patient, attentive, compassionate, and reliable who is comfortable learning Isabelle’s routines and needs.

All in all, we're looking for someone who can assist my wife while I'm on work trips. This would include school pickups, limited housework, and pet care (we have two dogs, very friendly). Hours would be from ~1500 to 1800, so only about 3 hours a day Monday thru Friday. If possible, it would be great if you had a flexible schedule outside of this, but it is not required.
Our daughter is 5 and very easy. A bit of a picky eater, but fun to be around and well mannered.
