We are a family in North Peoria seeking an exceptional Full-Time Home Manager & Family Assistant who is deeply trustworthy, nurturing, flexible, and aligned with our values.

A NEWBORN SON (very small and needs gentle, confident hands)
A fun, energetic 4½-YEAR OLD DAUGHTER
A 16-week-old GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPY
A warm stable home
A father who is a successful CEO with a demanding schedule but highly present with children
A mother who is home most of the time and wants a deeply reliable helper
We are open to the right person eventually becoming a live-in family assistant and/or traveling with us for family trips and vacations.

Extremely gentle and confident with newborns
Experienced with bottle feeding, burping, changing, swaddling, soothing
Able to support mom as needed without taking over

Acts like a “big sister” friend but still responsible
Loves playing, crafting, reading, outdoor activities
Helps encourage early learning & homeschooling foundations

We are looking for a full time nanny or shared nanny for our son Quinn who is two months old and a happy baby. I work from home and have a very structured job, and my boyfriend works hybrid. I have two school aged girls who would need transportation to and from school and a baby who is 3 months old. I’m a nurse and work 12 hour shifts (7 AM - 7:30 PM) but my schedule varies every week. Some weeks I may not need a sitter, other weeks I may need 2 days. My boyfriend tends to get home between 3-5 so it would be a 6 AM - 5 PM day, give or take. I have 3 dogs in the house that would need fed as well but don’t worry, they’re super friendly.
