I am looking for regular M-Th 9-5 then weekend and nights as needed. We travel 2-4 times per year for work that we will need help with. Like housework, meal prep and dog care. Needs to have a high level or proactivity and organization. Flexibility and loyalty are our main priorities outside of the expected safety and fun / calm environment needed for our kids. Hoping to find someone super long term to grow with our family and household needs.

My husband and I stay at home and would need someone to just help with meals, baths, light cleaning (esp after meals), changing diapers, etc. we have 4 children and we need extra help as we are expecting a new baby at the end of Sept and I have hurt my back.
