A little bit about us

We're seeking a nanny to care for our 3 kids (4 year old boy, 5 month old twin boy and girl) 24-30 hours/week at our home in Carlsbad. Our preferred schedule is Mon-Wed 8AM-4PM but we can be flexible. Our 5 year old will be in preschool 8:30AM-1:30PM so the primary focus will be caring for twin babies. Both parents currently work from home during the day.

Ideal candidate would be:
- reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- experienced caring for twins
- active and attentive
- willing to organize play dates and activities outside the house
- flexible schedule and able to occasionally work some later evenings
- has knowledge in first aid and CPR
- Spanish speaker preferred but not mandatory
