I am constantly struggling to find care for her, it seems like every week I play the same game looking for someone to watch her while I am at work. I am working towards getting moved to day shift, however, it is very competitive.
I could make the space for someone to live with us during my working nights or full time, I can make that work. I do have 3 large dogs at my house as well, and don't like to leave them out during the days in the summer months.

Meal prep and feeding her the nutrition that she needs is very important and light cleaning is definitely mandatory. I’m not saying clean the entire home, but please keep the mess to the minimum. If I could do it while I am working, then I’m sure you can too. Now for my partner, the father, he works from 5 am to 3 pm; so it will be very rare to see him.
