A little bit about us

Hi! We have a beautiful four month baby boy. Given our jobs, my husband and I have mornings where we cross over. For example, I need to be at work by 6A or 7A some mornings, but he is still at work from his overnight until 8/9/10AM depending on the day. We would need help usually at least once but more likely a couple times a week with this and perhaps some odd hours given our jobs. We will also be starting daycare as soon as we can so sometimes this may require daycare drop off in the future. Of note, we do have two older children in the household half time who do not require a nanny or a babysitter. They are independent at 9 and 13 years old. They would be there some mornings getting ready for school but on mornings we need help, their grandpa drives them to school so for now I don’t think we would need any help with their drop off or mornings. This would need to be a very flexible individual, we do have our schedules a couple months in advance so would know ahead what days you are needed but it would vary greatly week to week and month to month which days, since my schedule is mostly random. We also have a dog who will bark the first time they meet you but is friendly.
