My job is unique in that I only work one full week every four weeks, so I will need childcare one to two weeks per month. I work in healthcare and hours can be unpredictable, but generally the hours would be 6AM to 6PM.

You must have reliable transportation, nonsmoker, CPR/First Aid Certified, experience with infants/newborns, and be comfortable with dogs, we have a 3-year-old Golden Retriever! We would love it if you could walk the dog during the day while the baby naps. Otherwise, we do not expect you to run errands, cook, or do household chores.
