We’re looking for someone proactive who creates a fun, calm rhythm, communicates openly, and balances patience with structure. Child-related household support includes the girls’ laundry, a daily bedroom/playroom reset, dishwasher help as needed, and toy/craft organization. No deep cleaning is expected.
Candidates should have childcare experience, reliable transportation, strong references, and CPR/first aid certification or willingness to become certified. Both parents work from home and stay out of the way.

We would love it if you could walk the dog during the day while the baby naps. Otherwise, we do not expect you to run errands, cook, or do household chores.
