Full-Time Nanny Job: The Fuller Family with 2 Children
We are new parents of newborn twin girls that both work shift work. My husband works 1 week on (Thursday-Wednesday), then is off for a week. I work for one of the local hospitals and work 36 hours a week, which is usually 3 days a week. Every other weekend, my husband and my schedule overlap and will require childcare for the full weekend (Friday-Sunday) fro 12+ hour days.

We are looking for a full-time nanny to care for our son (born in June 2023) at our home in Yoakum, TX. Our loving current nanny is moving away, so we are seeking a replacement who can start soon.
My husband and I work full-time from home, and we are looking for a nanny who can work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We would like the caregiver to speak Spanish (but this isn't a deal breaker if you don't!) to facilitate play activities (sensory activities, reading, singing, socialization, etc.), as well as feeding, diaper changes, supervising nap schedules, and keeping our son safe and entertained while we focus on work. However, we will be flexible during the workday and can take breaks to spend time with him while you handle some household tasks.
We hope you can prepare breakfast and lunch for all of us, wash dishes, fold laundry, and so on.
