My job is unique in that I only work one full week every four weeks, so I will need childcare one to two weeks per month. We know that is a lot to ask of someone, and we understand this may not be the right placement for everyone.
Alex (mom) works in tech and works from home. Ryan (dad) is a realtor and shows homes always wearing a mask/gloves (his client wear masks too) and from a physical distance. He also works from home when not showing homes.
