Personal Care Assistant needed for assistance with ADLs, including diapers, and administration of medications, as well as observation and care of g-tube for a 5 year old, autistic, non-verbal, feeding tube dependent child.
Excessive secretions and reflux require monitoring for choking and aspiration
Elopement risk and seizure disorder also require constant supervision.
Schedule must be flexible as multiple therapists visit in home and child has several physician appointments monthly.
