Looking for someone to come to our home and take care of our 11 month son from 8am-12pm each weekday. We need someone to change his diapers, play with him, and feed him.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Mayes Family with 3 Children
I have 5 children, but only looking for care for the younger boys who are 4, 6 and soon to be 8. Days are semi-flexible but primarily m-f 8a-430/5p. Some extended hours might be requested if available.
Weeks needed:
• May 19th
• June 2nd
• June 16th
• June 30th
• July 14th
• July 28th
Must have experience with highly emotional children (they're 3 boys under the age of 10, they're like fighting roosters more than half the day) and be willing to create activities, outdoor time, crafts, whatever to keep them stimulated and not on screens all day like they'd prefer (some is fine, they just need energy exerted). Also comfortable enforcing rules and boundaries, as they will absolutely try to get away with things if they think they can.
We are a very large dog and cat friendly home. All are extremely friendly, but if you have a fear of dogs please don't reach out (both 80+ lbs)
Will be responsible for feeding kids breakfast and lunch, light cleaning (dishes from the day, toy pickup, etc) and preferably pushing kids to help with each.
Potentially looking to continue into the school year as a household manager/after school care provider if we find the right fit and they're interested, but it's not a must.

Looking for a dependable person who has similar values to help care for my son. We are followers of Christ and plant based. We love to have fun learning and being adventurous. Oni is 3, very kind, active, smart, and silly. He loves to read/learn, play pretend, do crafts, and sing and dance. We just are located in Madison, but travel between Athens and Decatur. My hopes are to get him into a part time preschool starting in August. I am looking for help with transporting him because I normally work 9-6 on weekdays. I am also looking for some occasional night care for date nights. Baby boy isn't here yet but is expected mid February. Looking ahead at options for when I return to work. I work remote so I'm looking to have someone come to the house and help during the mid morning hours to cover meetings. I'm thinking 2-3 days a week. Responsibilty wise just caring for baby boy. We have a dog but he's outside most of the day sun bathing and a walker comes to take him out occasionally to help with his social skills and to get him a little more exercise.
