Family Overview:

We are a family of five seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and experienced nanny for our two toddlers: a nearly two-year-old daughter and a four-year-old son. Our children are curious and love engaging in new activities.

Responsibilities:
• Child Engagement: Foster a strong emotional bond with the children, ensuring their safety while engaging them in both indoor and outdoor activities, including playtime on our deck and in the backyard.
• Communication: Maintain honest and prompt communication regarding any challenges or incidents that may arise.
• Daily Care: Manage the children’s daily schedules, including naps and meals. Our son is potty trained, while our daughter requires diaper changes.
• Developmental Support: Encourage good manners, support behavioral development, and nurture self-confidence and a love for learning.

Schedule:

Primarily weekdays, with potential for additional hours during weekends or evenings as trust is established.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a nanny or in child care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to engage children in educational and recreational activities.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
