Hi! We're looking for a nanny who is attentive, enjoys playing with toddler-aged children inside and outside, and who will be open to implementing the parenting style we use (gentle/respectful/child-led). My son is 3. He's smart, creative, kind, and very easygoing. I run my own online business from home, so I will often be in the home. My husband works out of the house in the afternoons and evenings, so we are looking for a nanny to start part-time in the afternoons and potentially increase hours from there. One or two evenings a month on the weekend would be helpful as well! I am currently a gestational surrogate. Baby needs NST monitoring 2xs weekly in addition to OB appointments every other week. I need child care for my son and daughter for these appointments. Most appointments are scheduled after 8AM and no later than 10:45AM with exceptions of scheduling issues on the drs side. They range from an hour to an hour and half each. I do not need any traveling done. We do have a puppy but he is already pretty self sufficient. I have no expectations toward the dog. I prefer my kids are not changed. Our son is potty trained and just needs a reminder to use the restroom.

This would be 2 days a week Wednesday and Thursday. These are the days I work, so I would not be able to take him. We want him to still attend school all 5 days or he would not be able to go.
