Looking for someone honest, FUN, responsible and dependable. Looking for someone that will engage with the kids, play with them and not just sit on their phone. The kids are in a lot of activities, so would love them to be able to drive for drop off if needed.
Lighthouse work is expected, just cleaning up after the kids when needed, and ensuring they do their chores.

My wife is working remotely most days so she will also be there to support and answer questions.
