A little bit about us

Looking for a responsible, reliable, caring sitter to watch our 2.5 year old son Augie and our 14 month old daughter Violet. A few days a week you would only have one child as our 2.5 year old goes to school part time. I can be somewhat flexible on time but ideally looking for someone available 7:30/8AM ish to 2pmish M,T,T,F. We live in a great neighborhood for walks and close to parks! We also belong to Bearpath which has a fun little play area, a pool and a little place to order kid snacks/lunch. Ideally looking for someone who is comfortable taking the kiddos outside to do activities. We expect our nanny to be fun-loving. Interested in actually playing with toddlers and wants to take the kids outside! Would also love nanny to tidy up after kids during downtime/naptime. Vacuuming and tidying up the kitchen and the children’s play area would be the extent of the cleaning/picking up after the kids. Although this is part time we are always looking for date night sitters and hoping to find someone who would eventually be open to coming on trips with us to help out with the kids as we love to travel and we also have a lake house 2 hours away we love visiting.
*must also be okay around dogs. We have two German shepherd/lab/retriever mixes who on occasion will check in on the kids but for the most part they lounge around the house and you would not be required to take care of them.*

Our kids are great! Our three year old is extremely imaginative, loves books, blocks, and babies. Our infant is all smiles all day! He’s crawling and giggling the day away as long as he's fed and rested.

We’re looking for someone longer term that our kids can really get to know and care for. Our toddler no longer naps, so nap responsibilities only for our infant.

CPR certified and college educated (or in college) are definitely pluses. We have at home preschool prep for our three year old we will provide with lots of projects and fun prepped for you!

We do have a small, kid-friendly and hypoallergenic dog.

I am looking for a nanny to pick up my little one from school at Groveland each day and bring her home until we return from work (my husband and I are both in education). I am a coach in-season and my husband is an Athletic Director, so we have non-routine schedules.

Evie is a 3rd grader at Groveland. The job would be Monday - Friday from 3:30-6:30 (though not every day and sometimes earlier or later, depending on the day). All in all, it is a moving schedule from November - early March.
