I have a 10 month old daughter and 3 years old nephew. I would only need childcare on Saturday nights, and not every one. I prefer for babysitter/nanny come to my home but we can arrange other settings. All your responsibilities would be is to get them in bed, sometimes feed them, but this will be a simple job. No strict rules.
