LCMS Christian family seeking a dependable, nurturing full-time nanny for our three girls (4, 2, and 2 months). Hiring ASAP.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM. Guaranteed hours.
Pay: $18-22/hr depending on experience, plus paid time off, paid holidays, and raises as our family grows. Paid trial day.
Role: Daily care, activities, and meals for the girls; supporting early milestones; tidying up after them and children's laundry; lots of outdoor time year-round. No driving the kids, no housekeeping beyond the children. Optional live-in arrangements for the right match.
You: References + background check, CPR/First Aid (or willing to get it), valid license and reliable vehicle, non-smoker, happy outdoors in all seasons.

Hello! My husband and I recently had a baby boy and are looking for an in-home nanny to watch our 3-month-old son while we both work from home starting March 20. We also have a golden retriever dog.
We are looking for someone who would be available from 10-6 p.m. M-F.
Responsibilities would include:
- Playing and engaging him in activities
- Putting him down for naps Bottle feeding
- Feeding him once he starts solids.
Benefits:
- Coffee and snacks
- 1 week PTO surrounding Christmas/NYE
- 5 paid sick days.
