Full-Time Nanny Job: The Broad Family with 1 Child
We are a warm, professional family looking for a nanny to care for our 3-month-old little guy. We are looking for full-time support, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, starting on (or around) September 1, 2026.
Our family:
Dad works remotely full-time, and Mom works a hybrid schedule, splitting her time between the office and home. We value a collaborative relationship and are looking for someone who feels like a natural extension of our family.
What we are looking for:
Since our little one is in a major developmental phase, we are looking for a caregiver who:
- Loves the "infant stage"
- Is engagement-focused: beyond basic care, we would love someone who prioritizes "floor time," reading books, and age-appropriate sensory play to help our baby reach their next milestones.
- Communicates well: Since we work from home, we appreciate clear communication throughout the day regarding feedings, naps, and all the "firsts."
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced with infants
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable with parents being home
- Up to date on all infant-related safety (CPR/First Aid)

We are looking for 40 hours a week of help from someone great to help us take care of our kids, help tidy and clean, drive kids to school and be a positive and cheerful influence in our lives.

I am a full-time PhD student and would need a nanny to look after baby for four hours at a time, two to three days a week. Nanny will be expected to feed and keep baby busy, so that I can focus on my course work.

I really do not feel comfortable with daycare settings and would love to find someone I can trust and who could be part of my child’s healthy development emotionally, physically, etc.
Extra kudos if you are well versed in gentle parenting skills or attachment style parenting/caregiving.
