Schedule & Environment
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (approx. 47.5 hours/week).
• Workplace: Home-based in a comfortable, relaxed environment. Mom works full-time from a dedicated home office. We value open communication and a collaborative dynamic while giving our nanny the space to lead the day-to-day care.
• Pets: We have a friendly dog and two cats, so comfort around animals is a must!
What We Are Looking For
• Early Childhood Development: We want a caregiver who is passionate about active engagement, age-appropriate activity planning (tummy time, sensory play, outdoor stroller walks), and tracking developmental milestones.
• Outings & Exploration: Looking for someone who is enthusiastic about taking Logan on local outings as she grows—such as visits to the zoo, library, gentle walks and hikes, and trips to local museums or park playdates.
• Proactive & Reliable: Someone who brings positive energy, dependability, and structured routines to our infant’s day.
Qualifications
• Strong background/experience with infants and infant development.
• Warm, nurturing, and loves working with little ones.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and great communicator.
• Comfortable preparing simple baby meals and tidying up kids spaces.
• Infant CPR and First Aid certified.
• Comfortable working in a home with a remote parent.
• Pet-friendly and safe driver with reliable transportation.

We would prefer a nanny who has their own car or transportation, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is vaccinated (Covid and TDAP), and who is CPR certified. We have 2 small dogs that live with us but will not be in the same area as Koa.
The hours are from 7:30am-3:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
Koa is very active, and we would love for our nanny to encourage his curiosity, intelligence, and energy. We can supply any materials for activities and would like to see engagement in sensory, mental, and active play. Koa has allergies to dairy, eggs, peanuts and cats. We will provide the snacks, but ideas for creative and nutritious snacking are welcome.

I'm a full time Nursing student and im in need of a long term sitter. My son is 8 and mentally and physically disabled. He's a really sweet boy. I need someone to get him off the bus monday, tuesday and Wednesday with the odd Thursday. The bus gets to our front door at 245 p.m. to 3ish depending on traffic. I get home at 330pm-345 p.m. on Monday and Tues. Wed is my clinical day and would be till 430 when Aron(my husband)gets home. We are very flexible on pay.
