Part-Time Nanny Job: The Salters Family with 1 Child

Hello!

I start training at my new job September 6th. We are in Reading OH. My husband works as well. So we are looking for someone to babysit Liam in our home inbetween the hours of 2-6pm 4 days a week. Hours each day will very depending on when I have to be in to work(second shift) and when my husband gets home from first shift). So we may not even need you a full four hours but your rate of pay would remain the same so that your pay is reliable.There may be one day a week that I will have to work a morning shift as well so he will need care from 10am-5pm. My husband gets one weekday off a week so we would only need you for a total of 5 days a week. We are still working out the kinks of the schedule so someone who is flexible and reliable is a must. Now about Liam.

Liam is almost 14 months old. He is very affectionate and loves to be the center of attention. He loves to eat but has issues chewing in which he goes to therapy for, so we want someone CPR certified or that is willing to get certified. He seems to like older kids but doesn't share well with ones his age. So if you have a child of your own that you need to bring with you, one that is above 3 or 4 is okay. His favorite things to do right now is roll or throw a ball back and forth. Miss Rachel and sesame Street are his jam.

We do have 2 small dogs but they will be crated between the hours of 2-6 so that they are not your responsibility. One does not get along with Liam so we don't want to take any chances of an accident happening. They are never crated unless we are not home so they may be a little upset at first.

Pay is negotiable. We were hoping for around 200 a week with pay increases if a full day is needed. If a full day is needed then of course additional money would be paid for the additional hours.

We are also open to the possibility of putting him in an in home daycare but no one seems to have any openings.
