My baby is 11 months old. I'm looking for someone part-time. Most likely, 12 hours a week. We have a medium sized dog who stays at home, so our nanny would need to be comfortable with dogs. We need help watching our daughter for a few hours a day, a few days a week. Playtime, feeding, changing diapers.

We currently have a sweet 1-year-old boy three month old girl.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with children and supporting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. We follow a Montessori-inspired approach, so intentional play and patience is important to our family
Schedule:
• 3–6 hours per day
• 3–5 days per week
• Flexibility is a big plus, as schedules may vary slightly
Mom works from home some day and day works night so he may be sleep during the day some days.
Our toddler is active, independent, loving, and very sweet. He enjoys movement, exploration, and meaningful interaction.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Kind, patient, and compassionate
• Clean and organized
• Comfortable working alongside a parent in the home/ helping with social media posts
• Experienced with toddlers (newborn experience is a plus)
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Faith-based values / loves God is a plus

We have two little girls that are sweet as pie most of the time :) The oldest is three and youngest is one. I'm looking for someone that likes to engage in play, help them learn and experience new things. I work from home, so I'm around as backup! No housework is expected (but we do appreciate help guiding the children to pick up toys). This will be 20-25 hours a week, Mon-Thurs, and typically 10am-3pm.
