4 kids in a 1 parent working household definitely has many challenges! I need someone reliable that I can call on short notice if my kids are sick and need to stay home. Also, to and from appointments as needed. Typically I would not need help with all 4 or even 3 at once. I may need a full day of help for 1 or 2 of them or just a few hours. It will vary. 🙂
