Hi everyone! We’re a local family near downtown San Anselmo looking for a warm, reliable nanny/family assistant to care for our 3-year-old daughter.

Schedule: 20 guaranteed hours/week

• Tuesday: 1:30–5:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am–4:30pm

What the week looks like:

Pay: $32–$34/hour, depending on experience
Hours: 20 guaranteed hours/week
Location: San Anselmo, with preschool pickup in Kentfield

We provide:
• Guaranteed weekly hours — if we don’t need you during your regularly scheduled hours, you’re still paid, always!
• Paid PTO
• Our vehicle for all driving while on the job

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong experience with toddlers/preschool-age children
• Is warm, playful, engaged, and comfortable planning age-appropriate activities and outings
• Is reliable and communicative
• Is CPR certified
• Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Is comfortable helping with laundry, light tidying, and the Tuesday family-assistant responsibilities described above
• Is potentially open to occasional date nights or weekend coverage — completely optional

One important note: Our daughter has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy, so we need someone who takes allergy safety seriously and is comfortable learning our protocols around cross-contamination and emergency response, including EpiPen use. We’ll provide all the training needed. Experience with severe food allergies is a bonus, but definitely not required.

Strong English fluency is important to us for clear communication around safety, allergy protocols, and our daughter’s language development. Bilingual caregivers are absolutely welcome!
