A little bit about us

We are a Film Production family that travel a lot at random - according to our work projects we are called to.

We really just need another added family member to help us watch our awesome girls and be their friend.

TRAITS we are seeking:
loving, playful, caring, transparent, respectful, mature, problem-solving, dependable.

WATCH TIME & LOCATION:
occasionally watch our well-spoken 10-year-old girl & vivacious 3 yr old girl at our house sometimes. Spend time with them outside at the parks, our house and or a fun place (upon availability) for only 3 to 8 hours at a time. This would include things like date night sitting for 3 hours or sitting for us for our workday -when both my husband and I have to work the same project- Our kids are sweet, easy, fun and incredible.

ACTIVITIES:
We would provide activities & ideas to do with them. 1- We expect light house-keeping 2- Helping with occasional homework 3- light meals or banana bread for kids. 4- getting kids to exercise 5- getting them to wind down in the evening

FUTURE GOAL:
We would love to gain a genuine relationship with whoever we choose so they can become like a part of our family where our children will feel very safe & protected around them.
Eventually, we would like to get to a place of bringing our sitter with us on vacations paid for to help with the children if we have a job at the same time. (This would obviously be down the road after a relationship has been established and pay increased for those specific times - please let me know if you’re interested.)

WHEN:
We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible so we can catch up on all of our work.
We would like to choose our top favorites and select the best 1-2 fits for our family based upon interview.

FLEXIBILITY & SCHEDULE:
We prefer someone available most times we need to ask (our Film Jobs sometimes come to us last minute a couple days before) we need someone flexible but also note, we are as well for our nanny!

We're a family that recently relocated to Washington, UT, looking for a dependable, loving nanny to join us part-time, Monday through Friday (~24 hrs/week).

The kids:

Liam, 5 — curious, loves to read
Amelia, 3 — bubbly, into pretend play and books

Schedule (split shift, Monday–Friday):

Mornings: 7:30–8:45 AM — get the kids up, dressed, and ready, then drop Liam at Horizon Elementary (by 8:35) and Amelia at Home Away from Home preschool right after. Both are close together in Washington.
Evenings: 5:00–8:30 PM — pick both kids up from Home Away from Home at 5:00, then home for playtime, dinner, bath, and the bedtime routine.

Responsibilities:

Morning routine: getting the kids dressed and ready, school and preschool drop-off
Evening pickup from Home Away from Home
Dinner, snacks, bath, and bedtime routine
Engaged, screen-free play
Reading support for Liam
Light tidying of kids' spaces
Quick end-of-shift update to us

What we're looking for:

Genuine warmth — kindness and hospitality matter to us
Reliable and punctual (mornings and evenings both count)
Comfortable driving for drop-off and pickup (we provide car seats)
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing)
Non-smoker, comfortable around pets and supervising water play

I’m looking for very part time help during the week (2 to 3 hours per day) and the time can be flexible between the hours of 11 and 6.

Initially, I will be home and need help while I take care of things around the house and do some self care. I will be around but you would watch and play with baby.
Sometimes, I will need to go to appointments or work my side-job, so you would be left with baby at that point.

As I said, time is flexible, and can vary day to day, week to week. We can also set consistent hours. Would be best for someone looking for supplemental income, or work around classes or other part time job, as we cannot provide a full time schedule.

You would need to make simple meals for lunch/dinner for him, diaper changes, and play with him! He has a playroom, and we have a backyard for him to play in as well.
