Job Title: Live-In Nanny

We are a loving family seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-In Nanny to provide exceptional care for our son, Timothy. We have provided comfortable accommodations, including a separate room with a private bathroom, to ensure the nanny's convenience.
Responsibilities:

- Provide attentive and nurturing care to our son, Timothy.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for the child's growth and development.
- Prepare and serve meals for Timothy, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Implement the Montessori approach in daily interactions and activities with the child.
- Engage in age-appropriate play, educational activities, and outings.
- Create a structured daily routine to encourage Timothy's growth and independence.
- Maintain the child's daily schedule, including nap times and bedtime routines.
- Ensure Timothy's safety and well-being at all times.
- Keep the child's living and play areas tidy and organized.
- Communicate regularly with the parents about the child's progress, needs, and any concerns.

**Qualifications:**
- Substantial experience in childcare, with a strong preference for candidates aged 40 or above.
- Non-smoker.
- Proficient in implementing the Montessori approach.
- Excellent communication skills with grammatically correct speech.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and organized.
- Kind, patient, and nurturing personality.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, with availability from 7:30 a.m. to 6-7 p.m. on weekdays (excluding Sundays and one additional weekday).
