Part-Time Nanny Job: The Flynn Family with 1 Child
We’re a family of three (plus two friendly dogs!) looking for a warm, dependable nanny to care for our daughter, who will be 4 months old when care begins. My husband and I both work from home, but we’re in meetings and on calls so we’re looking for someone who can confidently take the lead with her during working hours.
Schedule
Start date: September 28, 2026
Days: 3 weekdays per week (flexible)
Hours: Approximately 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide loving, attentive care
- Feed bottles
- Change diapers
- Put down for naps
- Engage in age-appropriate play, tummy time, reading, and other developmental activities
- Wash bottles used during the day
- Keep play area tidy
No housekeeping, laundry, cooking, or pet care is required. We have two friendly dogs, but we’ll take care of them ourselves.
We’re hoping to find someone who is:
- Experienced caring for young infants
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Warm, patient, and nurturing
- A great communicator
- Comfortable following our routines and preferences
- Infant CPR and First Aid certified
- Has reliable transportation

We’re looking for a reliable, patient, caring babysitter for our baby (12months old at start). Monday–Wednesday 10AM–3PM. I am looking for a nanny who is well trained and enjoys watching infants. Lj is almost 4 months old. As a truck driver I would probably be working 40+ hrs a week at night. I will talk more about LJ'S sleep schedule and everything else once I meet the right candidate. We live in a two bedroom apartment. I also have an 11 year old that doesn't need tending to, he does his own thing. We have two friendly ferrets that will probably bug you from time to time for snacks lol. I don't expect any kind of cleaning done or laundry. I only expect you to focus on baby. He sleeps pretty much through out the night. 10 PM to 10 AM. He wakes up in between to feed and be changed. He's a very sweet baby doesn't cry much.
