We are a family of 6 but only need help with the younger three kids. Our 5 year old is in kinder, the 3 year old attends part time preschool 3 days a week, and the 1 year old is home. We're looking for a combo household helper and nanny. I like to do pick up and drop offs but sometimes if I can't that's where you would step in. I need someone who can handle watching all three kids, maybe one or two, or possibly none. If watching no kids pitch in with household things like cleaning, organizing, or laundry. Possibilty of weeknights and or weekends.
Our ideal person has 5+ years of experience with children and is CPR certified. Seeking someone whose communication style is kind but you would be comfortable setting boundaries and encouraging routines. You should definitely be a great multitasker and creative with redirecting when toddler frustration kicks in. Patience and understanding is huge with the boys being so close in age.
Position is M-F, start time would possibly be around 8 and go until about 2 or 3.
