A little bit about us

We are looking for someone to be an extension of our blended family family on beautiful Lopez Island to engage in productive explorative play, learning, and care for our two children, ages 7 and 5 and a mostly self reliant 15 year old. We own a restaurant and have a varied schedule.

Responsibilities include getting kids to and from lessons, sport practices, school, and summer camps on time, and keep them engaged, help with homework and projects, and have fun. The ability to redirect, be flexible and not pacify them with devices is a must. Light house work, laundry and meal prep pertaining to the kids will be required.


Compensation will be portion work trade for housing and an hourly wage. Preferred if candidate has their own reliable transportation and is willing to transport kids in their car. Must have valid drivers license and safe driving record. No criminal record, background check will be conducted prior to hire.
