Full-Time Nanny Job: The Paul Family with 1 Child
Full-Time Nanny Job: The Brown Family with 1 Child
We are eager to find the right fit for a November start date so below is a brief overview of what we are looking for & standard questions we would have..
Experience, safety credentials, and family alignment to care for our Harlow would be top priority.
1. Safety, Health, and Emergencies
- "Are your CPR and First Aid certifications up to date?"
- "Can you walk me through exactly how you would handle an allergic reaction or medical emergency?"
2. Daily Routine and Activities
- "What are your preferred methods for sleep training or naptime soothing?"
- "What does a typical day with a child my child's age look like?"
4. Logistics and Household Management
- "Are you comfortable with child-related chores like washing bottles, children's laundry, and tidying up play areas?"
- "Do you have a clean driving record, and are you comfortable driving our child if necessary?"
- "How much schedule flexibility do you have if our work day runs late or has a schedule change?"
We are located in Creston, just north of downtown GR (Knapp & Plainfield). Dad works in Holland, I am 100% remotely working from the home. We have one family dog Rizzo (English Springer Spaniel) who is beyond friendly & quite the lazy city dog. Enclosed backyard, comfortable deck, & neighbor strolls are where we choose to spend most of our time right now. Looking for 9-5 or 8-4, slightly flexible start & end times. I am very open to your preferences in working with a WFH parent.
Sleep training will be a new concept for us around this time. Breastfeeding & supplementing with formula currently, and hope to have our feeding journey sorted out in the next month. (Happy to discuss further.)
Do you have any non-negotiables? Would you be okay with a full background check? Preferred contract or style of agreement? Preferred hours, pay, sick/time off? Are you looking for a long term position?

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Mc Family with 1 Child
We have a 19 my old young lady who has cerebral palsy. She is in a power wheelchair. We are looking for a companion, someone who can drive her wheelchair van, take her out (lunch, shopping, appointments etc), be comfortable with giving her showers, bathroom (we have a lift at home, but nanny will need to physically transition her on the toilet when out of the house- she’s 85lbs).
My daughter is smart and a 19yr old in every way. She loves to travel, it will be helpful if the nanny does too.
Days/hours are negotiable, overnights and potential travel.
Patience is key as is a sense of humor. Must be comfortable with large dogs and like pasta.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Armstrong Family with 3 Children
We have 3 kiddos: Ellie (6), Julius (4), and Penny (16 months). Looking for a part time nanny to help with our fun and crazy household! MWF 8/8:30 to 6 or 7 (we're willing to split the job between two people, so message me if you can only do the after school care or an earlier shift). It will mostly be Penny while Julius and Erie address in school. Looking for help driving the older two to school in the morning, picking up Julius from his morning program and getting him lunch before his bus picks him up in the afternoons, and watching all three after school. We live near the Calvin nature preserve, off Burton. My husband works from home and I work from home on Fridays. The ideal candidate will be willing to drive the kiddos places, have tons of energy, be a bit crafty, can help with big feelings and sibling conflict, and can help us with tidying and light housekeeping. My kids are active, silly, fun, and fiery. We really care about the folks who take care of our kids. Message me if you're interested.
