Seeking a nanny near Gilbert for 1 infant starting on November, 16th at our home. The schedule will be each week on Mon-Thurs from 7:30am-4:30 p.m. Sometimes Friday may be needed when grandparents cannot watch baby boy. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. Animal lovers please apply... we have 2 friendly dogs!
Qualities we are looking for: 1. Infant Safety Expertise including certs in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. 2. Intuitive Responsiveness: the ability to accurately read subtle cues (tiredness, hunger) and react quickly with gentle, soothing care 3. Supreme Patience: Newborns require endless soothing, which demands a calm, even-tempered, and unshakeable demeanor 4. Strong Communication skills 5. Respect for Our Parenting Style 6. We're a loving family in Gilbert seeking a compassionate, dependable nanny/caregiver for our sweet 4-year-old twin daughters with complex medical needs.
Our girls have epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and G-tubes and use wheelchairs. Responsibilities include personal care, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, developmental activities, light child-related housekeeping, and accompanying mom to appointments (no driving required).
Experience with medically complex children is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person! We're looking for someone patient, attentive, engaging, and interested in becoming a long-term part of our family.
Schedule: 4 weekdays, 9 AM–4 PM, plus occasional overnights.
Pay: $27–$32/hour, based on experience.
