Our newborn is coming up to three months and mommy is getting back to work, full-time, luckily from home. Main tasks for Babysitter will be complementing mommy as we make our way through the day, coming into rescue baby when I am on the computer or in meetings, to play and comfort. I breast-feed, so there may be time to pump or just stand by and help with house/meal prep until I have a sleeping baby to hand off.
Need would be Monday through Friday 10AM to roughly 5 PM.
Older children are in school Tuesday through Friday, so we could use help with transportation and pick up time. Nine-year-old is a shining light full of stories. 14-year-old is self-sustaining, but does need transportation back home.
We are an easy-going, fun loving, lighthearted family. We would like to find the same in a babysitter, with a healthy mixture of initiative and kindness.
We also have some furry family members. Two super sweet dogs 🐕 🐕 parole the festivities, as well as two sweet cats 🐈 🐈⬛ . Other family members include two parakeets 🐦, a bearded dragon 🦎 , and tank full of fish 🐠. 😃

During the school year I am needing help in the mornings to help my kids get ready for school and do morning drop off/ bus. I will also need care after school for pick up and possibly transport to an activity or two. I will need help on weekdays about 2-3 days a week. Our schedule does vary week to week. I am able to make my schedule ahead of time and can cater to upcoming events or days needed off. I work 12 hour shifts and will need someone until at least 7:30 pm. Dinner preparation will be need as well. During the summer the kids do have camp some days so the hours will vary. We do have 2 cats and a dog. So we need someone animal friendly.
We do have a care giver now that we have had for 3 years. We love her dearly but she will be retiring in June. We would love to find someone we can call family.
