A little bit about us

We’re looking for a warm, nurturing part-time nanny for our 10-month-old son!

Located in Richfield, we’re hoping to find someone who genuinely loves caring for babies and enjoys creating a calm, engaging, screen-free day with lots of play, reading, music, movement, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities.

Our parenting style is inspired by Waldorf and Montessori, so we value child-led play, simple/open-ended toys, sensory experiences, creativity, and encouraging independence.

Responsibilities would include caring for our son, meals, naps, walks/outdoor play, and light baby-related tidying like bottles, dishes, toys, and play areas.

We’re looking for someone who is patient, dependable, communicative, proactive, and experienced with infants. We’d love someone who feels comfortable planning little activities or outings as he grows and who can become a trusted, consistent part of our family.

We also have one dog, so being comfortable around dogs is a must.

Weekly schedule will be fluid due to work schedules, but guaranteed Tues, Weds, Fri 11-3.

Pay rate $18-$21 based on experience!
Infant experience and references preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to become certified.
