Part-Time Nanny Job: The Boone Family with 1 Child
We are first-time parents to a baby girl born December 2025. My husband and I mainly work from home, but we could use an extra set of hands 1-2 days weekly with baby girl and lite household chores and maybe some meal prep. Bilingual would be a bonus.
Schedule & Hours:
We are not looking for full 8-hour days. Instead, we are looking for a shorter midday shift, roughly around 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 1 to 2 days a week.
Our Dynamic & Expectations:
A Fluid Partnership: I am a nursing mother and want to be involved throughout the day when my schedule allows. If I am out of a meeting and the baby is hungry, I will happily step in to feed or snuggle her. If I am busy in a meeting, you will have full control. We are absolutely not micromanagers and want you to feel confident in your role!
The Space: We don't have closed, dedicated home offices, so we will all be sharing the general space, but we do have a dedicated playroom for you and the baby to hang out in.
Downtime: In the cases where I am with the baby, that is your cue to either help out with light household chores/meal prep, or simply take a break and rest.
Getting Fresh Air: We live in a very walkable neighborhood and highly encourage daily walks to the nearby park to get you both out of the house!

Babysitter Job: The Keith Family with 1 Child
Seeking a Creative, Organized Nanny for Our 4-Year-Old! 🎨🌲
We are looking for a patient, motivated, and organized nanny to join our family for part-time, occasional help.
Our daughter is almost 4 and loves the outdoors, arts and crafts, and storytelling. We’re looking for a caregiver who is a great role model—someone who is naturally organized and "chill," helping us encourage those same good habits in her.
The Schedule & Flexibility
We’re looking for someone who can help out during late afternoons/evenings on weekdays, with some mornings and evenings on weekends. We value flexibility and clear communication—we only ask that you commit to shifts you are truly available for and show up on time.
How You'll Help
• Active Play: Getting outside, crafting, and storytelling.
• Light Housework: Keeping the home tidy and the ecosystem running (laundry, meal prep, wiping counters, maintaining floors, and walking the dog).
• Modeling Habits: Bringing a calm, organized energy to the home.
• Bonus: If you speak a second language, we’d love for you to share that!
The "Take Care" Factor
We believe in a "take care of us and we’ll take care of you" philosophy.
We are looking for a reliable, communicative partner who wants to build a great relationship with our family, even if the schedule is occasional.
Interested? Send us a message with your general availability and a bit about your experience. We’re excited to find someone who is a great match for our daughter's energy!

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Wilson-Maggard Family with 1 Child
Hello! My husband and I are looking for in-home care for our ten-month-old son, Ryland. My husband and I both work for the county and we are in need of support 8 AM to 5:30 PM Tue, Wed and Fri (hours could increase). We are looking for an experienced childcare provider and/or someone with a professional background in child development and/or mental health. We will require a clean driving record and background check, and current CPR/First Aid certification. Safety is our top priority for our little one. We are looking for someone who shares similar values to our family, including teaching and parenting methods. We do not practice corporal punishment or time outs in our home. Instead, we focus on age appropriate intervention, time in’s, and redirection. We place value on empathy and self-esteem building. Ryland loves to read, go on walks, do art, play with his Montessori-based toys, sing songs, explore outside, swim, eat, and practice standing and walking. We don’t allow screw time for Ryland (at least until he’s two). He loves visiting the local library on Thursdays for Story Time and going to the park. We are raising our boy to embrace all races, cultures and sexual orientations, so if this does not align with your personal views, we are not a good fit for you. We love our little babe fiercely and hope to find a safe, nurturing, reliable and dedicated care provider for him. I nannied for years and loved the experience. I truly felt like an extension of the family, which is what we hope to find. We look forward to speaking with you!
