Log and communicate daily activities and milestones clearly. Notify parents of any concerns regarding health, development, or behavior. Follow family's preferences regarding ways of caring, screen time, household routines, and no cell phones when tending the baby. Open to feedback and communicative. Okay with background check and baby cam.
