Babysitter Job: The K Family with 3 Children
I'm a working mom looking for an experienced, reliable nanny to help care for my three boys, ages 5, 7, and 9. All three have high needs, including behavioral, sensory, and emotional regulation challenges. They are energetic, affectionate boys who need patience, consistency, structure, and close supervision.
Ideally, I need help Tuesdays and Thursdays from approximately 4–7:30 PM, with occasional Fridays, weekends, and overnight care. Responsibilities include school pickups, transportation home, playtime, meals, bedtime routines, and being available for occasional unexpected school pickups.
I'm especially looking for someone (or a couple people) who can build a lasting relationship with our family and eventually provide overnight or multi-day care when needed. Experience with autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviors is strongly preferred. A safe driving record, reliable transportation, and excellent references are essential.
I don't need a full-time nanny, but I do need someone dependable, flexible, and comfortable independently caring for three high-needs children. My goal is to find someone the boys know and trust and who can become a reliable source of support for our family. We also have friendly dogs and cats, so must be comfortable with those.

Hours usually range from 5 am to about 3 pm once a week and 5 am to about noon once a week. Occasionally, I may need coverage for evenings when I have to leave for work and my husband isn’t home yet. I’m really looking for someone who wouldn’t mind to sort of be “on call” for extra hours when our schedules don’t match up or for when I may have errands or appointments. Other than child care, I just ask that the house is somewhat tidy when the kids are down for their naps!
