Hi! I’m looking for a nurturing and dependable nanny to care for my twin 2-year-old daughters starting September 8th.
I share custody and have them in my care for two weeks at a time, followed by two weeks when they are with their other parent (who lives out of town). I’m looking for a provider who can accommodate this 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off schedule. Care is needed Monday through Friday, approximately 8 hours per day, with some flexibility on the exact hours.
What We're Looking For:
Someone who will create a safe, engaging, and loving environment. You’ll be a key part of their development, helping them grow through play, routine, and nurturing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the girls’ safety is the top priority at all times
- Handle toddler care basics: mealtimes, hygiene, dressing, and comfort
- Prepare simple meals and snacks and help with clean-up
- Support and encourage potty routines, while being patient and consistent
- Light tidying of the kitchen, nursery, and living spaces
- Engage the girls in developmentally appropriate activities: arts and crafts, sensory play, outdoor exploration, reading, music, and pretend play
- Foster learning and creativity through structured and free play
- Plan and suggest fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities that support social-emotional, motor, and cognitive development
If you’re experienced with toddlers, enthusiastic about supporting early milestones, and comfortable with a flexible 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off schedule, I’d love to connect with you!

We are working from home due the pandemic and need a nanny to take care of our daughter Olivia. She will be 8 months on June 1. She is very sweet and good-tempered, loves to laugh, play and observe everything! We are looking for someone who can play with her and lead activities that will help her grow and develop. She has started on solids so need someone who can help prepare simple meals for her (we do a mix of purees and baby led weaning).
