A little bit about us

Warm, active family in Florham Park, NJ looking for a loving, fun and dependable nanny for our three kids, ages 11, 9 and 7. ❤️

We’re looking for someone who genuinely LOVES being with kids and enjoys becoming part of their everyday lives. Personality and connection are very important to us. Our ideal nanny is naturally warm, affectionate, patient, playful and silly, while also being comfortable setting calm, consistent boundaries.

Our boys are active, funny and sports-obsessed—they love soccer, basketball and baseball. Our 7-year-old daughter is sweet, affectionate, creative and full of personality. She loves drawing, crafts, games, baking, being silly and having one-on-one time.

The schedule is primarily Monday–Friday with morning help before school and afternoons from school pickup through dinner/sports and activities. All three children are in school during the day, so there is lots of flexibility/free time during school hours.

Responsibilities include school pickups, driving to sports and activities, preparing simple meals and snacks, children’s laundry, keeping their rooms and things organized, and cleaning up after the kids.

We’re looking for someone who is a safe and confident driver, organized, proactive and comfortable taking initiative.

Most importantly, we want someone who will truly engage with our kids—not just supervise them. Someone who will kick a soccer ball, shoot hoops, sit down and draw, bake something, play a game, go outside, laugh with them and build a real relationship with them. ❤️
