Part-Time Nanny Job: The Rippee Family with 2 Children
Hi! I am looking for a reliable and caring nanny for my two kids Bianca (10) and Leo (5) every other Friday.
Fridays biweekly schedule:
2:00 PM school pickup in Lake Stevens then drive directly to my home in Lynnwood. Care continues in my home until about 11:30 PM.
This is a consistent long-term position and the schedule will not include additional stops or errands. The only transportation needed is school pickup and drive to my home.
Responsibilities include safe pickup and transport, supervision, light meal and snack prep, homework help, and guiding an evening routine that includes bath, pajamas, reading, and wind down. I also expect kids to be encouraged to clean up after themselves and participate in simple routines.
I am looking for someone who is patient, kind, engaged, and interactive. I want a nanny who actively teaches and guides the children through daily routines and learning moments, not just supervises them.
Bianca is 10 and Leo is 5 so experience with both school age and younger children is important.
Compensation is competitive hourly or flat rate depending on experience. Gas reimbursement or mileage will be provided for travel between Lake Stevens and Lynnwood.

My oldest is 4 he is autistic and is usually happy but particular, he likes anything to Do with cars! My 3yo is my hardest one, he likes to be into everything but most of our stuff has child locks so it’s not to bad (he is a child who runs away do given a slight chance). And last but not least our baby just turning 1, she’s always happy and loves food. Loves snuggles and playing with her brothers. We also have a cat and a puppy that keep each other company. We cloth diaper the 3yo always and if low on diapers you can cloth diaper the youngest as well. Not to much extras to do as far as anything goes just give them snacks/meals as needed and don’t let them dump flour all over the floor for example but they have lots of own toys they can feel free to play with or drag around the house. I’m in culinary school trying to find a way to complete my externship and my husband works full time. I do not have an exact schedule yet.

We need someone to pick them up from school two days a week at 11:15, on Tuesday and Thursday, and then someone to watch our little one on Fridays starting at 9:30, pick up our son at 11:30, and care for them until 2:30. We love the idea of sharing a nanny so that the kids get some socializing and it keeps the cost down for us! We are a fun family that likes to stay active. We are pretty easy going!
