Hello! We are a warm, loving family looking for a nanny who can become a trusted and supportive part of our home for summer care. We have a sweet, energetic little boy who thrives with patience, structure, creativity, and connection. He is bright, curious, playful, and deeply affectionate, but he can also struggle with emotional regulation and impulsive behaviors at times.

We are hoping to find someone experienced, calm, nurturing, and confident in working with strong-willed or neurodivergent-leaning children. A nanny who can provide consistency, gentle boundaries, and a steady presence would be an incredible fit for our family.

Our ideal caregiver is engaging, active, dependable, and able to create a safe and positive environment while helping support emotional development and daily routines. We value open communication, teamwork, kindness, and someone who genuinely enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families.
