Full-Time Nanny Job: The Dave Family with 2 Children
Full-Time Family Assistant (Childcare + Household Support)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00am-7:00pm (occasional evenings/weekends with additional pay)

About Our Family
We are a warm, organized household expecting our second child this fall. One parent is typically home, and our older child (toddler) attends school during the day. We are looking for a dependable, proactive family assistant to help keep our home running smoothly while also providing childcare support when needed.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional nanny role. The position is primarily focused on household support and organization, with secondary childcare responsibilities, especially for our infant. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping a household function smoothly and is also fully confident caring for children when needed.
There will be times when childcare takes priority and times when household support takes priority. I will help provide direction as needed, but we are looking for someone who is comfortable flexing between both responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Household Support
Daily kitchen reset (dishwasher, bottles, counters)
Family and baby laundry (wash, fold, organize)
General tidying and organization of common areas + toys
Light meal prep and snack prep
Keeping household supplies stocked as needed
Household maintenance and organization (not deep cleaning)
Childcare Support
Caring for infant during scheduled times
Assisting with bottles, feeding, naps, and diaper changes
Occasional toddler care when needed
Supporting smooth transitions throughout the day
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience with infants and toddlers
Calm, and dependable presence
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working alongside a parent
Able to confidently manage both children when needed
Interested in a long-term position with our family
Compensation
$30/hour
Additional hours, overtime, and occasional evenings/weekends compensated separately.

• Able to dedicate 40-50 hours weekly, with longer hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Can provide direct attention to our 2.5 -year-old son
• Able to select activities appropriate for his development and engage in play
• Can help with the baby's daily routine
• Willing to assist with baby-related household tasks
• Once trust is established, can take the baby to the library, park, and other classes
