Full-Time Nanny Job: The Smith Family with 2 Children
About the position:
• In-home care on the days I work as an ER nurse — typically 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
• Approximately 25-35 hours per week depending on my schedule
• Schedule communicated as soon as shifts are posted
• We homeschool our 3-year-old — we’re looking for someone who can support the learning environment we’ve already designed
• expectations include child care, supporting learning, and light house work
About our boys:
Our 1-year-old is curious, busy, and loves to be snuggled. Our 3-year-old is imaginative, energetic, and learning every day. They need someone who genuinely loves little ones and brings patience, warmth, and consistency to every day.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience with infants — this is our most important requirement
• CPR certified or willing to become certified
• Reliable, communicative, and trustworthy
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule that varies week to week
• Genuine love for children — not just a job, but a calling
• Comfortable around cats — we have three!

Looking for help with our two girlies, Ada, 9, and Ami, infant. Mama works remote, would like somebody willing to do 15-20 hours a week, Monday - Thursday. Minimal pet-care, may have to let the dogs out once while they are here. We have two small dogs, great with people and easy to manage. Our 9 year old is super helpful both with the baby and dogs. My husband works out of town and I am starting a home job 18 hours a week. We do have family who helps but a group of them are moving a little be further so I am in need for some help on either work days or other days to help lighten the load. Both boys are very loving and pretty easy going.
