Part-Time Nanny Job: The Meister Family with 1 Child
I am looking for a nanny for my 6 week old baby. I would like the nanny to watch her at our house. So the nanny would need to be comfortable with dogs as we have several. Additionally would need to have reliable transportation and be punctual when arriving to watch her. We both work the evening shift so the schedule would be 1:30pm until between 10pm and 11:30pm. I am looking for someone who has experience with infants. We are going to need part time care for the summer and then come August we will need closer to full time care. The set days we will need right now are Mondays 1:30pm - 11:30pm. Tuesdays will be shorter 1:30pm to about 6pm. Then there will be at least one other day of the week we will need [phone number hidden]pm care but likely will be two other days. (Probably Thursday and Fridays).

2 year old toddler. Hours Wed 9-2 AM and Thursdays AM 8-1 and Tuesdays AM 8-12. Come to our house while I sleep (dad works clinic, mom works nights) Mother in law lives with us, but cares are only for Blisse. Ocassional Tuesday and Wed off as my parents watch her time from time. Hello! We need a loving, engaging nanny who can pick up the kids from school (an elementary school and a nearby daycare) and spend a few hours with them until stepdad gets home. The days would vary, but it would be 1-3 afternoons every other week (we have joint custody). There is also a small chance that their stepdad will get called in for work later, so we may very occasionally need the nanny to stay until I get home from my shift as a server. So someone who is flexible and okay with semi-short-term notice (I'd send you my work schedule as soon as I get it), is preferred. We are willing to negotiate a flat-rate of paid hours every other week regardless of actual hours worked to compensate for this somewhat "on-call" feature of the job, or to pay an "overtime" rate for extra hours.
Now, for the fun part! My kids are absolute sweethearts who love reading, board games, and crafts. The 5 year-old boy loves Minecraft, math, and geography of countries of the world, and the 3 year-old girl loves Legos and magna tiles, and playing imagination with her stuffed animals. The younger one can be a little shy at first but the older one LOVES meeting new people. Dinner would be very easy since they pretty much live off of mac-n-cheese, chicken nuggets, and PB&J. We are an LGBTQIA+ friendly home, accepting of all cultures, religions, citizenship status, etc. Fluency in American Sign Language and/or Spanish is a bonus :)
