A little bit about us

We're looking for a full-time nanny for our two boys (4 years old and 2 years old). The ideal candidate has at least 5 years experience as a nanny (with references) and is looking for a medium to long term role.

Ideal Qualities in a Candidate would be:
1. Passionate about Child Development: You have a genuine interest in nurturing and fostering the growth of young children. Your approach to childcare is both creative and educational.
2. Energetic and Engaging: You are full of energy and enthusiasm, capable of keeping up with two active boys and engaging them in a variety of activities.
3. Patient and Understanding: You possess the patience and understanding necessary to handle the challenges that come with caring for young children.
4. Reliable and Trustworthy: Your reliability and punctuality is paramount.
5. Strong Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate with both children and parents, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns as a teammate and partner.

Hours are 8:15am-5:15pm on Monday/Tuesday and 8:15am-7:15pm on Thursday/Friday.
Additional hours potentially available if desired.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote physical and intellectual development, such as arts and crafts, storytime, and outdoor play.
2. Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
3. Assist with daily routines, including dressing, and naptime for the 2-year-old.
4. Organize and maintain children's play areas and bedrooms.
5. Assist with light housekeeping duties related to the children, including laundry and tidying up play areas.
6. Provide regular updates to parents on children’s progress and daily activities.
7. Pickup/Drop-off at school for the 4 year old.

Pay will be competitive, based on applicable experience and qualifications, and must be payroll.
