About Our Family
We are a loving family with four children three boys and one girl ages 11, 8, 3, and 1. Mom and dad run a business.
Our older boys will be in school during the day once school starts, so the primary focus will be our two little ones. We are working hard to establish routines with sleep, snacks, meals, and activities, and we’d love someone who can help maintain consistency and provide gentle but confident leadership when needed. Our children are active, curious, and full of energy. They love to play, and while theyre wonderful kids, they’re still kids! We’re looking for someone who is patient, calm, and not easily overwhelmed. We value communication and teamwork. If behaviors arise or something happens during the day, we want open and honest communication. We understand that bumps, spills, and accidents are part of childhood, and we want our nanny to feel comfortable talking with us without fear or judgment.
What We’re Looking For
* Full-time availability 8:00/9:00 AM–5:00 PM
* At least 2 years of childcare experience, especially with toddlers
* CPR certified (or willing to become certified)
* Comfortable managing routines, activities, and playtime
* Able to prepare meals and snacks for the children
* Light cleanup related to the kids (toys, dishes used during the day, etc.)
* Someone who is nurturing, dependable, and able to take charge when needed
* Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset

Work a lot, looking for someone to make my son breakfast and lunch, take him to and from school, vehicle provided. Have spare bedroom if I have to work overnight or go out of town for a day or two or working weekends. Plan meals, buy groceries, possible dinner meal if I am working late.
If you know piano or viola, huge plus. Fluent in English is a must, no drugs, no drinking during travel times (7am-4:15pm). I have a house keeper, only have to clean immediate messes.

My son is named Colton, he is 13, very independent, plays piano, viola and guitar. It’s just been he and I for the last 13 years, he is getting to that age where I would like for him to have some supervision since he aged out of daycare. He currently walks to and from the bus, and since my promotion I have had to work more hours and I can not be there for him as I have his whole life. I have always drove him to and from daycare, and been with him the whole night. My situation has changed and I am required to work more than I used to, this is why I need you.
