A little bit about us

Hi! Looking for a long-term nanny or sitter, who is able to pick up 2 children from school (short distance), and provide tutoring for 2 children. The total shift will be from 2pm-5pm no later than 6pm, Monday through Thursday. We are located east in the Riverdale and Holmes area. There will be a total of 5 children in the home, but the position is to safely transport 2 children from school to home, and tutor 2 children in the home. 1 child in the home is a type 1 diabetic, but care is not needed for her, although I will go over her device so you are aware of what the different sounds mean coming from her devices. I am looking for someone to start October 13.

* School and/or ABA pick-up and drop-off as needed
* Transportation to activities (such as gymnastics)
* Prepare healthy snacks and simple meals
* Encourage reading, educational play, and outdoor activities
* Light housekeeping related to the children (cleaning up toys, children’s dishes, etc.)
* Communicate with me about how the day went

I’m hoping to find someone who becomes a trusted part of our family’s routine. Reliability, good communication, and a genuine love for children are very important to me.

If you have experience with autism or ADHD, that’s wonderful but I’m also happy to consider someone who is patient, eager to learn, and has a caring heart.
