Location: Fishers, IN

Pay: $20–$25/hr depending on experience, performance, and agreements

- 1 year old boy
- 6 year old boy
- 8 year old girl

I have 3 kids who need care. The older 2 are in school and the youngest is in daycare. I'm looking for a nanny + house manager — someone who can help with the kids and keep the household running smoothly. Trust and reliability are everything in this role. Looking for a self-starter who can see what needs to be done.

My husband and I both travel (he more than I - his is consistent, mine is ~once every 6 weeks).

Schedule
There is some flexibility in timing, days, and total hours — but here's the general structure:

Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 8/9 PM (childcare-focused, evening coverage so I can get things done)
Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (house management in the morning, childcare after school 2:30–6)
Friday: As needed for household tasks (flexible, not every week)
-occasional date nights, event coverage
-25-35 hours per week, can be flexible on this and if needed to be full time.

Start: ASAP

Nanny Responsibilities
- After-school supervision (kids off bus at 2:30)
- Daycare pickup for toddler (5–6 PM)
- Homework help, snacks, general kid stuff
- Bedtime routine for toddler on evenings
- Driving kids as needed

House Manager Responsibilities
Not everything needs to be done directly — a big part of this role is coordinating services, scheduling vendors, and making sure things get done (not necessarily doing it all yourself). I cannot do a lot of this during the day while working.

- Laundry — wash, dry, fold, put away
- General tidying and organization
- Coordinating and overseeing cleaning service (biweekly)
- Scheduling and managing vendors (pest control, HVAC, contractors, etc.)
- Restocking household supplies
- Errands, returns, and ad hoc tasks as they come up
- Pet care (feeding, cage cleaning, vet coordination)

We do have pets, OK with dogs/guinea pigs is a must.
