My husband and I work from home and we need support for a couple hours a day maybe 3-5 days a week. We need help crating more structure for them as well. They do take a nap between 11-2 but sometimes it’s challenging to keep them on the schedule as they have different needs and personalities. They love outdoor activities and I have tons of learning activities, and engaging toys.Just not enough time in the day. I’d like to have help sometime between 1-5pm. It’s flexible as our schedules change sometime but ideally Tuesday-Thursday.
Auden is more self entertained while Adina the youngest twin needs more interaction. They both love crackers and water. They love Moana so much they literally would watch all day if they could. We are tying to cut screen time but it has been challenging without help. We would like help with keeping them entertained throughout the day and getting them outside more. We would also like if you could clean up after the kiddos light house work, like dishes, toys, wiping down their table and their laundry if you can!

Our daughter is 19 months old and we are looking for a babysitter that will be available twice a week.
Because of my husband's schedule the days of the week may change, however the schedule is from 9AM-5:30PM.

Hands on play and keeping our toddler busy and engaged in a safe manner. Playing with toys, reading books, drawing/coloring, building blocks, sorting shapes etc.
The nanny will be responsible for offering an early morning snack, lunch, putting our daughter down for a nap, offering an afternoon snack.

I work three 12-hour shifts a week, and my husband is a firefighter, so we typically need help for one and a half of those shifts a week. I work 6am-6pm so drop off is 5:30am and pick up 6:30-7pm.
